Nissan car rentals in Surrey

The office was close to the main train station and easy to find with only a few minutes walk. Pick up was great, the guys spoke English very well compared to my mediocre German, they even brought the car to the front of the office. The car was nice and clean with built in GPS which was awesome for what we were planning to do. The problem arose when we tried to return the car after hours. We were not told were to return the car to, so we read the note on door telling us to drop it at the gas station on the corner. The gas station guy said we couldn't leave the car and to put it in the garage...except he didn't specify which garage. We went to closest garage and finally found the drop area but had no idea where to drop the keys. Luckily the garage attendant helped otherwise we would have taken the keys with us and had to return to the office the next day. It would have been nice to have more instructions when we picked up. In there defense, they were dealing with an entitled 22 yr old who was throwing a fit because she couldn't rent a luxury vehicle and drive it one way to Munich that day, so they were distracted.

It was really frustrating that my 25 year old daughter, who lives in my home (easily verifiable, with a look at both of our drivers licenses), couldn't be added as a driver because she chooses not to have a credit card. She probably has a larger savings account than I do, and zero credit card debt, but somehow I was a safer risk than she is. Your staff was fine, the car was fine, picking up and dropping off was fine. What wasn't fine was driving tired because I couldn't add a second driver because she "only" has a debit card.

Car class reserved not available. Agent was incredibly rude.

The price quoted on the website was way less than I paid, so that needs to be addressed. I was quoted roughly $300 and paid more than $500.

The car was filthy when we picked it up. It looked as though someone had been shot, with blood splatter all over the interior of the roof.

Hidden prices and rental company doesn’t honor the agreed rate, stupidly high insurance costs mentioned by the rental associate (100% car value?) etc.

Explaining that u can't take the car out of state it didn't say that anywhere until I showed up to the counter

Excellent value. Rental experience was smooth. All the agents were friendly, helpful, honest and precise. No hidden fees or pushy up charges. This is my second time renting from this office and will gladly do it again.

Didn't take us to the rental office because they were short staff but told us the day before we would get a shuttle. It says airport rental but you must go somewhere outside the airport to rent it. No insurance explanation on webist, the rental price for two days was 240 plus when we got there we paid $200 extra por insurance plus a deposite 220$. All for 2 days. Wrong directions was given to pick up.

There were extra fees and costs that are not clearly disclosed when I first booked the car. It was a long wait to get the car, and the guy who I gave the car back to was not very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend them

Filthy parking garage and dead birds/garbage in the stairwell. The elevator didn’t work so had to haul bags up 5 flights of stairs. The car was brand new and great and staff was friendly and excellent 😊

They were not at the central Houston (IAH) rental car area. They would not come pick us up at the airport before we sent them A LOT of information that is normally asked for when you check in to pick up a rental car. They said that we should call their driver to come pick us up. They made it very difficult to rent the car--so much so that we abandoned the rental and went over to another company on the spot. TOO MANY RED FLAGS. Will never, ever rent from them again. And you shouldn't either.

We booked the car went to the location we were told there were no cars. We called Enterprise direct booked car went to the location there were no cars. Because they do other jobs besides just rent cars to the public often they are out of the vehicles that there's website provides and they do not work well with each other for some stupid reason
