You will need to fly out of Saint Petersburg Pulkovo if you wish to fly with UTair, since the airline does not currently fly out of Toronto Pearson Intl. Alternatively, you could book a flight out of Toronto Pearson Intl with a different airline, such as Smartavia.

The top airports UTair serves are Omsk, Surgut, and Nizhnevartovsk. You should be able to find UTair flights to or from these airports throughout the year.
