I had booked seat 14C with extra legroom on Flight TA 282 from. TorontoTo LGW. I Paid $168 for this. At check in I was assigned 5G with no explanation whatsoever!!! While waiting for the wheelchair for several minutes, Nobody came to provide the wheelchair and help me with the carry on backpack!!! I had also ordered online, a Non Veg meal but was provided a Hindu vegetarian meal. The rice was tasteless and the cauliflower was sweet and not palatable!!! When I brought this free attention of the crew member, he simply said we are providing what was ordered. I believe they forgot to change my request when they changed my seating.! Then he said he would look for any leftover non-veg food, on requesting for an Exchange, but he never showed up to inform me. I ended eating a cookie for my dinner on such a long flight.! So the overall service was very poor with oversight and indifference!!! The aisles are terribly narrow. I would like to pls request for my refund of $168 and be compensated for the food.
