Offering panoramic views of the Hohe Tauern Mountains, this organic farm located at 1,000 metres above sea level overlooks the Gastein Valley. The ski slopes are just 150 metres away. All rooms and apartments at Biohof Maurachgut feature bright wooden furniture and a bathroom with hairdryer. Each apartment has a kitchen and a bathroom. One also has a balcony. The Maurachgut hosts a wide range of farm animals, including cows, horses, and goats. Many homemade products are served for breakfast. A ski storage room and a ski boot dryer are also available. Free private parking is available on site. A toboggan run and hiking trails are right outside. The centre of Bad Hofgastein and the Schlossalm Cable Car can be reached in a 5-minute drive (2 km).
