Cons (-) They over charged us by over £2000 and I luckily noticed and chased it. We had a few room issues. Noisy staff early in the morning, having to ask multiple times for things that didn’t turn up. Bit gutted to be honest as its normally a special experience
Pros (+) From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave nothing is too much trouble . From Tony and Michael at front of house to Ben on reception the welcome was warm and genuine . The residents lounge is lovely and Hannah and Teng are so friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious , spotless and so comfortable . Turndown service is a nice touch .
