Pros (+) Very stylish, lovely room. It was on offer with approx 40% off so it was very affordable.

Pros (+) Beautifully decorated hotel in a great location, with a delicious and varied breakfast. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the tea, coffee and cake available every afternoon.
Cons (-) Unfortunately our room in particular had poor soundproofing and we could hear lots of noise from the neighbouring room, particularly their bathroom- as well as hearing pipe/water noise from other rooms also.

Pros (+) Good location close to many of the key places of interest and shopping areas. Great breakfast. Complimentary cake, port, coffee and tea available from the afternoon onwards.
Pros (+) Heritage Avenida Liberdade is in a great location for exploring Lisbon, this is the second time we’ve stayed here. The rooms are comfortable and large the amenities are curated well and the staff friendly and helpful. I certainly would book and stay here again.

Pros (+) Excellent breakfast and lovely snacks put out in the lounge in the afternoon. Location is fantastic for everywhere in Lisbon. 15/20 minute easy walk to the harbour for boat trips - short walk either side to the funicular tram to take up to the castle and to Barrio Alto. All staff very friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable. Indoor Pool and gym are small but well equipped.

Pros (+) The hotel is very nice, staff was very helpful. It was possible to get an early check in, room was clean and cozy. There is a welcome from in the room with Porto wine. Hotel also offers some extra drinks like coffee, tea and porto wines with sole cookies in the lobby. Check out time is 12 which is quite really seldom.
