Pros:Staff was very helpful.

Cons:These cars have seen better days. Bumper partially detached, hubcaps zip tied to the car. Don't expect it to be a brand new car but it worked and was reliable.

Pros:It was a little confusing to know what to do with airport shuttle pickup and the van and the location of everything, but once we got assigned an agent, it went smoothly.

The service was FANTASTIC, the staff was MORE than pleasant and nice, the back door was left open and battery died and they came IMMEDIATLEY and jumped started our vehicle and showed us to make sure it didnt happen again. i CANNOT say enough about the customer service and friendly staff at this location. Will be renting from them again PRONTO!!!!
