I didn’t like anything about Sixt San Francisco. We picked up our car at the airport and they didn’t have the car that we had booked (small SUV) and they only had super huge ones like 4runner or hatchback. We’ve got the hatchback and it was in poor shape. Full of dings, weird noises when driving slow, etc. We’ve booked for 260 AUD for 3 days and we ended up being charged 398 USD (an absolute robbery)

Pros:Had a great selection of cars. Was able to upgrade to a larger vehicle when the size of the party changed.

Cons:Really difficult to get a real person on the phone. I thought I left something behind. Must have called a dozen times and was either disconnected or leave voicemail.
