The car was great, the people were friendly and efficient. I felt there was a little bit of deception involved with me not being able to pick up or drop off at the local airport. They informed me there was a $150 tax in order to do that, I made it work with an Uber ride other than that everything was great

The car rental location was closed at 2, and our reservation started at 2, so we couldn’t pick up the car. We missed all our plans. Very frustrating experience.

When I went to pick up our reserved SUV I was told that our car was not there and they couldn’t say how long until it would arrive. The person working didn’t seem concerned at all that we did not have a vehicle at our reserved time. We ended up taking a minivan, which we were told was the only other option if we wanted a car at the time we were there. The car itself was not cleaned very well and seemed to have bugs inside. We were all very itchy only when in the minivan. Overall a poor experience with Budget; we will use another company next time.

Our vehicle had way to many miles on it, and it showed (44K) lots of bangs and bruises, tires were worn and windows not cleaned on the inside also tire bearings on driver rear were gone. Check in/out was great. Better luck next time with another competition.

It was largely my fault. Was in a hurry and reserved it at wrong location and hertz couldn’t help us and ended up paying a much higher rate to rent again. Losing original rent fee. Lesson learned

Not sure whose fault it was, but the pick-up location for my rental closes at 12 on Saturday and with my pickup time being at 12 it caused a problem. If I had showed up a minute later I wouldn’t have been able to pick up the vehicle. Car was fine, a little musty but other than that it was ok.

I opted to rent a Tesla Model 3 since Hertz was running a promotion. Since I had never before driven a Tesla, I was expecting some sort of orientation. The rep offered none when I asked and said, "We just assume folks already know how to operate it if they're renting it." I spent 15 minutes in the parking lot trying to figure out how to adjust the mirrors and how to put it in Drive. UGH! When I asked him where the nearest charging station was he replied, "I don't know but I hear there's one at the Wawa station at the corner of Honore and Clark." I think Hertz is crazy to rent a Tesla without any instructions. I almost got rear-ended the first time I took my foot off the accelerator. They slow down so fast it's as if you're applying the brakes hard.

The reservation did not make it clear that the car was to be picked up in town instead of at the airpoort. Even though there was an Enterprise counter at the airport, I had to take an Uber with my luggage to the other location. The counter people at the airport were surly and not willing to address my problem. It was a waste of both time and money.

The location did not have a full sized as reserved, they said we were upgraded to a small suv which seemed like a downgrade. The car wasn’t cleaned. But on the bright side we were comped for gas

Only two agents were working the desk. It took an hour and a half to get my car. Agents were friendly enough but needed help to move the line. There was nobody in the car rental lot to report any car inspection issues. Additionally, while the car was relatively clean, certain areas like the windshield and rear view mirror were dirty and I had to clean it myself.

Great location (walking distance from downtown), very clean building/cars, and very friendly/knowledgeable staff. The owner/operators are engaged and it really shows. On our visit we took Uber to hotel, then walked here in the morning for rental car pickup. Hassle free and quick.
