Pros:Staff during the check-in process was great. The lady at the counter was very friendly.
Cons:Getting the care was different. Unfortunately, Advantage didn't have any staff there and one of the other companies was handling their vehicles. The poor guy was flying solo while handling his company and Advantage. To top it off the first car had an issue with the seat and they had to get another car cleaned and to me, which added about 20-minutes. Also, if you can update the information on the site to show that the pickup location is in TPA's Rental Car Center. It shows an off-site location and I was momentarily lost until someone pointed me in the right direction.
